BRAINWASHED? I dont think so!

I may be brainwashed, but I really think I can see a difference in the pictures I take:

This rugrat is Tyler. He is my youngest nephew and has such a cute personality. I was showing his Mom my new camera, and he wanted ALL of the attention!

I cant wait to learn more about my camera and use it to its potential.

Generous In laws!

Jareds parents struck the lottery or something and decided to spend it all on us!! As you read in my last post, my camera died. It was such a good camera and lasted me quite awhile. It lived a good life. Anyhow, Jareds parents bought me a fancy new camera, which I am so thankful and excited for! When I first got the camera, I thought it was a bit "much". I thought I was going to for sure return it. However, every time I would call the camera store inquiring about a different camera, they would tell me how much I would really like this one if I would give it a chance. So, I finally gave it a chance, and you know, I think they were right.

Derek and Cynthia also bought my boys new bikes:

We sure are spoiled!!!! THANK YOU Derek and Cynthia!
Oh, and dont worry, Jared isn't going without anything. His "purchase" is coming........

is that a need or a want?

Due to the fact we are attempting to pay off some debt, stay out of debt and figuring out how we are going to get a fence, money has been a little tight.

Jared has a whole list of (in my opinion) retarded things he wants to get. Things for his truck, golf clubs, etc. I have been telling him we can only get the things we "need" right now and those are "wants". He has some birthday money and plans on getting something off his "list".

I am laying with Jacobb last night and Jared comes in and lays with us and says he is going to price out a new radio and speakers for his truck and that he needs to find some info on an amp...blah, blah, blah.

Right in the middle of this conversation Jacobb pipes up, those are just wants Dad, not needs.

It was so funny.

A few from Monster Jam...

Since I am too nervous to post pics of the kids Jacobb invited to Monster Jam, here are a few of my kids ! :) Though I am realizing, since Jacobb was with his friends I cant really post any pics of him. Anywho, here are few pics anyway....

Jacobb's Birthday!

Wow. I just realized I forgot to post pictures of Jacobb's 10th Birthday. So this post is a little out order. This year, we had friends and family over for his actual birthdate and then a couple of weeks later we took Jacobb and a few of his friends to Monster Jam. Jacobb had a great birthday.

In case you were wondering...these pictures were done the morning of his birthday. The birthday boy didn't strip down to his birthday suit to open gifts for all his guests.... :)

Easter - Part 3

Since we are lucky enough to have a large and loving family, we usually have a few easter egg hunts waiting for the boys on easter sunday. This easter egg hunt was at Grandpa Derek and Grandma Cynthia's house..... Unfortunately for me, this is the best picture I could get of my boys having a GREAT time searching for eggs and "the jackpot" around their backyard.... SINCE MY CAMERA DECIDED TO DIE!!!! UGH! I am so mad and it still wont work.

Does anyone have any suggestions / recommendations for a new camera?!

Easter Fun - Part 2

Easter Egg Hunt at Uncle Brians and Aunt Lisa's house.

Last year the boys painted their own baskets. Jacobb is a big time Ute fan.

The boys had to work hard to "find" their baskets.

Below, see a few "clues" the Easter Bunny left for the boys. The clues led them right to their baskets as you can see above... it is so fun to watch them run around from clue to clue. The past couple of years, the E.B. usually does clues that rhyme, but since easter came way to early this year, and the E.B. was unprepared...they got 4 words to describe where the next clue was hidden.
