This is a conversation between Josh and a friend who are disagreeing where the Queen goes on chess:
"NO! I have played this 100 times!"
"NO! I have played this 200 times!"
"NO! I have played this one thousand million times!"
"WEll, I have played this a google trillion times!"
"I have played this more than anyone in the world!"

Excuses, Excuses
Our computer has been DEAD for the past week or so, which is why I have not posted anything. And was going to be my excuse when I thought I would just "write" what we have been up to with no pictures.
Since my Dad graciously had our computer fixed, and personally installed the same at my house last night, I no longer can use a broken computer as my excuse... but I still am (for today).
We have had alot of fun with Halloween coming up. We went to the pumpkin patch with everyone and all the kids got to pick out a pumpkin, and then we went to a little halloween party at Brian and Lisa's which was very fun. Lisa made adorable (&yummy) halloween treats.
The other night we went to the local corn maze. For a first time, it was fun, but they are really sort of lame. We were also looking for the entrance to the haunted part, which we paid extra for, and finally found it at the front of the place with a line that WRAPPED AROUND THE WHOLE PARKING LOT!!! So, we opted for ice cream instead, which was good, but I think we are going to try to make it back to the haunted side...
The weather has been so crazy. It is either snowing or very comfortable fall weather.
Hopefully I will be able to post pictures next time of all the fun we have been having.
P.S. ~ My thoughts are with the people in California. That is just so crazy and sad.

He's a Jensen
Jared and I categorize our kids behavior by which family they are acting like. If they are being neat and tidy they are a Jensen. Any other behavior is an Anderson.
Though we are told our kids look just like me, they both are not "Andersons". Josh is so much like Jared. Jacobb he is VERY fussy about details, but is not the tidiest, which is alot like me. Joshy on the other hand could care less about the details, but he likes his stuff "neat and tidy". He has been known not to let kids play in his room because "they would mess it up". We volunteered at the book fair last night and Josh was walking around helping me tidy up the books. He is also known to just grab a towel and start washing the windows. He also keeps his bathroom clean and gets very mad when Jacobb spits his toothpaste in his sink.
Jacobb's life, however, revolves around playing with his friends and he rushes through anything that may prohibit him from playing.
Well yesterday, the boys were playing pool. Once they were done Jacobb went outside to play. So Josh comes upstairs and says, "Jacobb didnt even help me clean up". I said "he didn't?. "Well then he can't play pool if he can't clean up afterwards". So Joshy in all his glory runs to tell Jacobb he cant play pool. So Jacobb comes in and asks me about it. I tell him "if he cant help clean up when they are done playing, then he cant play pool". Jacobb says "I helped clean up! I put the pool sticks away and all the balls in the pockets. The only thing Josh had to do was put the cover on!" and Joshy says "no! I had to brush the table first!". Joshy is soooooooooo a Jensen.
Also, Josh could probably kick your butt at pool. He runs that table.
P.S. ~ Just a quick note to mention that we are not being harsh or mean to either family when we categorize their behavior by that certain family.
